4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–7 working days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 working days

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Cotton Handicrafts will not be liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

 

 

9. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If you receive a shipment that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Please do not accept the package, or

  • Inform the delivery personnel and contact us immediately

For accepted deliveries, issues must be reported within 48 hours with proper evidence.

 

 

10. Return Shipping

  • In cases of damaged or incorrect products (verified), return shipping will be arranged by Cotton Handicrafts

  • For exchange requests due to customer preference, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
