Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on any products once the order is confirmed and delivered.

All purchases made on www.cottonhandicrafts.com are eligible only for exchange, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

 


 

2. Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is in resale-worthy condition

Products failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

 


 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • A product different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

In such cases, return shipping charges will be borne by Cotton Handicrafts.

 


 

4. Exchange Process

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order

  • Replacement can be done for the same product or another product of equal or higher value

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 


 

5. Store Credit

  • Store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue

  • Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-adjustable

  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable

 


 

6. Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged product):

    👉 Return shipping will be covered by us

  • For all other exchange requests (size, design preference, change of choice):

    👉 Shipping charges must be paid by the customer

 


 

7. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Discounted or sale products

  • Products purchased using coupons, offers, or gift vouchers

  • Custom-made or bulk/wholesale orders

  • Products with color variation concerns

⚠️ Please note:

Hand block printed products may have 5–10% color variation due to lighting, screen resolution, and the handmade process. This is not considered a defect.

 


 

8. Responsibility of Goods

The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our facility.

We recommend proper packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
